Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing deals. This entry-level role provides extensive senior guidance and training to help you develop key sales skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

📌Identify and convert new clients for company services (AI Powered Solutions. Apps, Websites, ERP, Digital Marketing, Branding, etc.). 📌Conduct field visits, business meetings and presentations with educational and corporate or business clients. 📌Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships. 📌Prepare customized quotations, proposals and service presentations. 📌Coordinate with marketing, operation and technical teams for smooth project execution. 📌Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. 📌Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, calls and closures using CRM. 📌Participate in trade fairs, promotional events and outreach campaigns. 📌Report market trends, client feedback and competitor insights to management.

Required Skills:

â—Ź Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Assamese and Hindi. â—Ź Strong client-handling abilities with a persuasive, result-oriented approach. â—Ź Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps and digital marketing. â—Ź Strong negotiation, interpersonal and time management skills. â—Ź Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and basic CRM tools. â—Ź Self-motivated, disciplined and willing to travel for client meetings. â—Ź Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development are encouraged to apply.
